I am back in HK from my summer trip! I've gone to Japan and China.

Japan was pretty boring, went to my mum's old home town. What a rural place. I have language barrier, so yeah, expectedly, it wasnt too fun.

In China, i made a couple of new friends. One of them was my uncle's friend's son, who introduced me to his group of friends. Had a great time with them. They have quite similar culture and mindsets to Singaporeans, besides they speak Chinese.

They are having summer holidays too, its supposedly to be a 2 months holiday like everyone else in the world. In reality they only get 6 days holidays out of the two months. They have to go back to school every single day, including Saturday. Really horrible competition there, quite vicious i would say.

I am going to buy a snooker cue today! Im going to be quite serious about it, just like bowling. A serious hobbyist.

AMAZING! I slept from 6pm on friday to 10am on saturday... Its my first tight sleep since the end of the exam. I am so stressed during exam period. Its not the physical exhaustion from long-hour work, but the tensed sensation every single second before the exam.... I am just so damn TENSED! probably its because i worry too much and have put too focus on exams, BUT it determines my future!

Im so bored cos there is nothing to study... We are doing higher education all day, but i just dont have the mood to do any work. i promised to give myself a good break of 2 weeks. you guys wont know stressed i was during exams. i really hope my hard work will pay off. the report card will come soon, perhaps sometime next week.

hong kong has been raining all day long for nearly a week. i dont mind raining, but its quite inconvenient to go out in rainy days... so i just stayed at home most of the time. Went out to snap a few pictures at a place not far from my house. i really dont want my beloved camera and lenses to rot at home.... take a look at the work!

OMG, its getting really scary these days... a lot of Higher Education talks and research, I really don’t know what do, maybe you people can give me some ideas and guidance.

I have two main ideas in mind.

Firstly I want to do some money related majors, like Economics, business or finance. I am taking business now, and I really enjoy doing it. Its very logical, and I believe I have the right brain for it. In the exam, there was a question on develop a marketing plan and targeting strategies for a small and innovative business which is very keen in product research and develop. I wrote 2 pages for that 8 marks, and I am really satisfied with the answer. Even if it doesn’t score the full 8 marks, I am still very pleased, its really a well written answer. Hahaha!

But at the mean time, I also want to do engineering. I am thinking about automotive mechanical engineering and aeronautical engineering. Basically they are engineering involving cars or aero planes. I like machines and I think I can do well in it.

If I major business, that means I will give up on my strong areas, mathematics and physics. If I study engineering, that means I will give up on business. I like machines, and I also like money and managing people.

Maybe you people can give me some comments. Do you think I am more suitable for being a businessman or an engineer?

Really tough decisions.

EXAMS are finally all over!

I am feeling high from the bottom of my heart… It’s hard to express my joy… I don’t know how to say, but I suppose most of you have the same experience before.

I have my last two papers today, the two sciences, physics and chemistry. They were pretty manageable.

I take 6 subjects, each has a maximum score of 7 IB points; Full marks for IB is 45.

In order to get into Cambridge, for, say finance, I need about 44.

To get into Imperial/LSE, I need about 40.

To get into University of Toronto, I need about 30.

Just a rough gauge of how IB point works.

The results of this EOY mocks will be used to apply university in the forth coming months. And I have a higher education week now, in which we research about universities and make a rough decision about our future academic arena.

English: It was better then I expected, usually I don’t understand the poem, but I did in the exam… I did an impromptu test in class, I got a 2… horrible score, and it’s a fail. That’s because I didn’t understand what the poem is talking about. This time, I understood, and forced in some literary terminologies into the essay. I hope to get a 4 or 5.

Chinese: Was okay, nothing much… just 2 essays, which were exhausting to write. I wrote about 1200 words each, and it’s a 3 hours consecutive-writing exam. Should score about 5 to 6.

Business: It was such a crappy paper! I revised so much for it, devoting 3 full days, memorizing over 18 theorists and their theory, and nothing was tested. My effort and devotion have all gone down the drain and WASTED! But well, I will get 6/7 too

Maths: Horrible! I also put in a lot of effort into it. I finished one whole blank A4 excise book, which is similar to Nan Hua’s. The maths paper was extraordinarily tough, with question styles that I have never come across before and we only have 2 hours to do 120 marks. When I went into the exam hall, I was thinking I am going to ace this paper, but came out sighing. And still sighing now. I left 42 marks BLANK! Will get 5 or 6 because 20% of it come from a coursework, which I did great in.

Physics and Chem: two subjects I spent the least effort in, two subjects in 1 weekend. They turned out to be manageable too. I think I did well on both of them, will get 7 for both. I have the confidence.

So, at ideally, I will score a 38 points, with 2 bonus points, so all together 40 IB points. It can really bring me to elite universities in the UK, but unis like Cardiff or Bristol shouldn’t be a problem.

Well! It’s all over! Now it’s time for the anxiety of waiting for the disclosure of results, which more or less is going to determine my future.

Slacking for a week, and need to start working again, on 2 essays, 1 report and 1 presentation.

Now then I realised why international school graduates have a higher chance to go into elite universities. Because they are trained in the Uni style of learning, researching and writing... I have roughly decided on my Business Essay title, i will be doing something on Human recourses - Motivation and organisational structure, the details are yet to be approved. Still have two more topics to decide, Maths essay and World Lit essay...

I will be spending my holidays thinking of essay titles... Anyway, i have hols from today to next week. about 1.5week hols for easter.

I went to the flower exhibition, which is a huge event in the spring. There are hella a lot of people... like ants... im going to two portraits session in the coming days, 1 studio and 1 outdoor, looking forward to them...

Hahaha, thats a little bit lame, just thought of this after reading Jason and Charmaine's tags, literature and stress. Numbers and physics-ish stuff is my thing, not literature, which gives me a headache. Sorry Charmaine, HAHA!

To reply Jason. It's indeed quite stressful now adays, I have Year 12 (JC1) EOY exams coming up in May-June. It is highly important, as it can decide on which university I go. My university applications will be completed latest by December this year. Anyway, stress is good, it gives me motivation. I worked til 2am for 2 days, and today, I am likely to work late again. I always deem stress, usually coupled with competition, as a positive thing, as it is the biggest motivator for me to work. I want to beat my friends, I want to get into a elite University, I want to earn big bucks. Strive towards that, and stress gives me a greater driving force.

I was preparing Physics test, waves on sunday night. Ton and I found each other online and chatted, we realised we were up so late for the same reason, different subject though. We chatted INTENSIVELY for about 15 mins at around 12am, typing at our full speed. Great conversation, I laughed, so did he, Im sure.

On Sunday night, it was my friends birthday, we went out to have hotpot. See pictures.

a devastating saturday

It is absolutely the most devastating Saturday i have had in HK.

I got out of the house at 8:30am, heading to HK Polytechnics University, where my dad works, to search for an idea for my Mathematics Extended Essay. The library is hugely huge, 4 levels, 1 level is about the size of a football pitch, with bookshelves that are double the height of mnie... My search is actually a failure, because of the overwhelming bookish atmosphere, which i dont particularly enjoy. Well, the main reason is because either the books are too professional, with formulas and theories i have never even heard of, or seen, or took easy books for teachers to teach middle or high school. Now i start to wonder if it is a foolish idea to do a maths essay. Nevertheless, i should enjoy it since it cant be changed, and indeed i do like the subject quite a lot. Somebody please give me inspiration if you have.

Then when i got home, i did a 50 mark worth maths Assignment, which is meant to be an end-of-topic self test. Its on Trigonometric Identities, it is not much beyond O levels, just with a bit more complicated sums and equations. I hope i can manage the test well.

Then the most most horrifying task to do, English World Literature Essay. The title is <“One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovitch”, despite the subject matter is, in the final instance, a celebration of human spirit in face of extreme human adversity. Discuss. >, it took me quite some time to even understand the title. I spend about 5 hours in it, churning out a 1000 words essay. Much of the 5 hours is used to do some research on the themes and stuff. Horrible.

Today is my friend's birthday, I need to go out and have steamboat with them... and I have a Physics test tomorrow, Waves, i need time to revise. I will in the night, i guess.

I decided that i shan't let my blog just die like that, and here i am to post again.

These days academic work load is getting increasingly heavier, with loads of course works, essays, assessments... I still have time to slack, much tighter than before though.

Apparently, I have two big pieces at hand, and needs to be tackled down.

1. 4000 words business essay, choose a real business, identify its problems and weaknesses, and make recommendations. It is not as easy as it may sound, it's incredibly hard to get hold of reliable data. And moreover, we have do to referencing, (bibliography), which is just a great hassle. It needs to be done in a span of 5 months. It takes 25% of my Year12 (JC1) EOY exam.

2. 4000 words Mathematics essay, identify a specific research question, do a detailed study on it. This essay is called the extended essay, which is part of my IB course, and is responsible 3 out of 45 total IB score. Actually, the students have 3 choices, my first choice was physics, second- maths, third-business. Well, there were too many students doing Physics, and the school just picked students randomly to fit in the 3 students per supervisor quota. A maths essay is hard, and actually should have done something else. But, well, it's all decided and inevitable, so I will try to go the my father's university's library to do some intense research on maths. I will be particularly interested in doing some applied maths.

For casual life, I continued guitar and picked up lesson in HK. It's quite expensive here, HK$250/45min. The teacher is very good, he was the guitarist for the Chinese pop-band F4. Maybe a bit too pro for my level.

Also, photography. Have been shooting nearly every weekend recently, too have a feel of my new gears.. I have gone into Nikon, and so far pleased with its performance.

Bowling! What a wonderful activity.

Mr. Sim's tag has triggered my long-suppressed bowling spirit again. I havent bowled for nearly half a year, since i left Singapore. Being a intermediate-advanced player, haha, it has been a torturing 5 months. Its really expensive to bowl in HK, the cheapest place is about HKD22/game...

Congratulations to Mr Sim, a spareball, i hope which is going to boost his score, at least sparing accuracy. I still can remember his abnormal spin to spare pin 7, (as he is left handed).. This problem is solved i guess. do you have any new top score?

Now since I cant afford to bowling, im much in to photography. Went you China for holidays during christmas, took some photos. posted on my flickr already. Do take a look and leave some comments

I have been slacking for 2 wholes weeks of holidays, and will end up rushing my work like hell, especially English. I have my final IB oral exam coming this month, and i havent started preparing for it, which is going to be a prepared speech, lasting at least for 15 mintues.

it has been 1 day to a month since i last posted.

life is getting boring here in hk... school is not exciting. anyway, academically, i am doing pretty fine, but other than that its nothing much

i am going to talk about the labs sessions here in my school... its soooooo different as those in Nanhua. many of u must remember the experiment Eric demonstrate to us, whereby he brought a can/tube, with 3 openings, and poured water in, to show us the bottom hole will shoot the furthest.. and compare it to the test here.

also, worth mentioning, is what we did to calculate acceleration due to gravity, instead of the pendulum experiment, which is highly imprecise and, rather stupid. look at what we do here! there is a digital timer, which measures time up to the accuracy of 0.001 sec, as the ball falls off from the electromagnet, it will start timing as the circuit is cut off, then, when it hits a pressure pedal, the timer stops. with every precise timing, the difference is no more than 0.002 sec. and in nanhua, human error is already 0.2 sec...

i realised that i like maths a lot!, maybe enough more than physics. they are equal now... haha, but physics and maths are always good brothers, just jonathan lim and yap, i like them all!

First of all, Happy Birthday Charmaine! And happy 15 year old, which i have already experienced! Wahaha! Its a good time to have birthday now, right after exam, during the marking days. You must have had great fun.

Okay...

This week is CAS week for me, which stands for, C-creativity, A-action, S-service. It is compulsory for all existing students. And we have to complete 150 Hours of it. CAS week, will earn us about 30 hour for one item. Still a long way to go..

Anyway, i have participated as a Helper/Student Leader in the Yr 9 (Sec3) camp. Each day we have different activities, monday, i had a hike, a really tough hike, going up the mountain, and standing at the peak, where we saw helicopters flying below us. Going down hill was really hard, as the gradient is steep, and the gravel/mud pathway is extremely narrow. To make thing worse, we have to cut through a jungle, which takes us about 3 hours, having all the branches sticking out and scratching our uncovered legs. After the hike, i throw away my shoes, for the whole sole came off.

Tuesday i had Water sports, i did Kayaking, was fun! Took some time to learn to manipulate the canoe, such as turning, and controlling direction. On the way back, I pulled a Year 9 girl back for the middle of the sea. She couldn't control her canoe properly, and asked for help. Of course, being a student leader, i helped her! HAHAHA!! Some of you might not have seen me online yesterday, because i slept at about 9... Muscle ached.

Today was some treasure hunt stuff... Was quite boring, sticked with a group which slacked like hell... We are suppose to go 8 stations on an island, we managed 2. And sat there slacked for more than 1 hour. The girls were lazy... talking about brands and wanting to be fashion designer... LAME! A lot of fashion designers have no bucks to earn... Young girls' dream...

Tomorrow is environmental activities, i shall not elaborate more... Its going to be boring.

EOY and O lvl is coming! i really hope u ppl do well for ur chinese.. though u cant do much about it...

okay, anyway, my TV set has finally arrived! Samsung 40R81. Its quite a pretty television, stylish and shiny exterior. quite pleasant to look at. i just watch 1hr today! i start to watch tv now.. haha, amazing! probably i just like its slim and shiny appearance, looking literally at tv instead of the programme.

its a 40", when i grow up, i want to make big bucks! but a huge house, which can fit in a 65"!

Long time no post!

Was quite busy these days... I have opened blogger a few times, typed some lines and decided not to because i dont have much to write.

now its time to post! but, unfortunately, i have no picture to share with you guys. so bare with the 'wordiness'.

It is the 3 week since lesson began for me. Things have been alright, not as bad as what i have expected.

I would like to do some descriptions about each subject i am taking.

English: Undoubtedly, its the subject that is definitely a hassle, as it always does. The english course is basically a literature course. We are currently studying about Seamus Heaney's poetry. And we are in the midst of reading a book by Migrate Atwood, 'The Handmaid's Tale'. I dont read a lot, but its absolutely the most boring book i have ever seen. I am counting pages as i read, everyday setting a target number of pages to kill. During lessons, we mostly do poetry analysis, and its the first time i take so much notes. This is OMG!

Chinese: Much harder than Singapore. I am take the Chinese A course, which will give me a bilingual Diploma. Its another literature course, forcing us to write literature commentary and criticism. I really have difficulty coping. But its not as bad as English, because i have a stronger chinese foundation i suppose.

Maths: Nothing much special, learning Functions now, which is kicked out of the syllabus in Singapore. We have had a maths test yesterday, test on presumed/pre-requisite knowledge. the paper is a past GCSE (similar to O lvl) exam paper. I didnt do badly for it, getting a 91%.

Chem: nothing much special too, learning chemical calculations, about the same as o lvl, probably a little bit harder at the back. Since is a standard level course, its not gonna be very tough, as SL course is designed to be assessable to most students.

Physics: This is exciting! probably because its the subject i have most passion for, but the labs, lessons are really interesting. But i think those who are reading the post, no one like physics, so i shan't elaborate more.

Business: Very logical subject, meanwhile, its heavily content based. After all, its a humanity subject. We are currently learning about the Human Resource, topics like effective human resource planning, recruiting.

For those who dont know yet, here is the structure of my daily time table in Sha Tin college

5 working days a week
1 day 4 periods.
1 period 1.5 hr.
3 breaks a day, 10min, 40min, and 50min
3 free periods a week

I am becoming a MUGGER! I am mugging at least an hour a day, on a daily basis. It might be really little for some of you, but its a lot for me. Because i simply dont study much in Singapore. A lot of reading to be done everyday. I still have chunks of homework waiting for me under my laptop.. ARGH!

Oh yes! another important thing, i am try really hard to kick of the Singaporean accent, which is not very common here. The all talk in that nice Caucasian accent, sorta weird to see yellow faces and talking like white... but well, since i am here, i need to adapt.

socially, have not establish a circle of friends yet.. hoping i can soon.

Amanda, YEAH!, the test said that i am best to be a teacher... then Mathematician, followed by physicist.. I dont know if i teach well, havent really taught before, maybe a bit by explaining chem and physics.. hope u all did understand what i said.

Have a short post today since its not early now, and i have not updated for quite some time.

Charmaine, yeah, i really hope to have friends soon. Lessons will start this week, hope can meet nice people in the various classes.. Feeling weird just to sit alone during breaks. U have done well for common test! not bad! haha! work harder, put more time in to academic work, u will score better.

Ton, ehh, yeah, not really sad, just lonely, but fortunately, i have internet, we still can communicate and have fun talking on skype. nice to hear u again, haha. but i have to go out to the living room to use cable then the connection wouldnt lag.

Actually there are a lot courses to choose, like Film Studies, PE, D&T, Music... a lot lot, its a full piece of A4 paper. from what i heard, HL maths and physics are the hardest to do, but i believe i can do it and i like both of them. I suppose choose PE or D&T isnt going to help much in the university admission.

Proper lessons are going to start tml, i really hope i can hope well with my academic work. all students here are forced to complete 150 service hours, AWW!!!

in school, life isnt very exciting for me, because i knwo no one. and the rest all know each other and are all in gangs, felt so left out. hardly have such experience. though im not popular, i am not always alone in singapore. ahh.. but nvm, no friends=no call/msg/msn= more study time

these days were busy and exhausting... went around HK to search for furniture. all major furnitures are bought, other than TV and a studying desk.

sadly, the sofa i bought is way oversized for my living room. it takes up near half of the room! look so out of place.

and! i bought a mansory drill, for drill holes in the wall.

Time to update.

I went to China today, Sheng Zhen. Stuff there is cheap, i bought some T shirts and other things. Since i am not going to wear uniform in my new school, i have to upgrade/upsize my wardrobe.

My house now is still empty, without beds and tables. So, i am going to the club house to mug a bit on my maths and physics.

I will update a post with pictures, hence, u will have a better idea of what kind of place i am in. haha..

It was the worst day in my life. I have left Singapore, and to an unfamiliar place..

Met with friends in JE, and took MRT to the airport. I have to say the trip was quite pleasant, with all the jokes and laughters as usual, but there was not going to be another return trip.

Now i really do understand what is friendship. I regretted not appreciating u ppl to the fullest. I always thought it is going to be nvr ending, but it has ended today. It was so sudden. i didnt feel it even the day before.

I can seriously feel the physical weight in the heart. Sour feeling.. Hugged everyone who went to the airport.

Thanks ppl for coming, in spite of the common tests are coming.

Ton- you are definitely my dearest closest friend. How i wish to have you as a brother and have fun everyday. To recall now, the times we had together were so wonderful; shared so many common hobbies and interested. Music, cars, cams, physics... We talked so much about everything and anything. It's cruel to put all these joy to an end so suddenly.. U are absolutely the best and worthiest friend of mine ever.

Its my last day in Singapore.

It is the country i lived for 6 years. 99% of my friends are Singaporeans. And i just realised these days that i have taken all these for granted. When i was on the MRT, i thought, everything is so familiar, i couldnt imagine not living in this country. Well, i have to say that Singapore has successful made a foreigner develop a sense of attachment to the nation.

I am glad that I was not outcasted since the first day of school in sg, in fact, i got along well with all the ppl and gradually we started to outcast ppl.. HEHEHE!

Its my last day here. Have had my last dinner with a big group of ppls. Great dinner indeed. Had my last pool and bowling experience.

i am busy packing now.. just taking a break and blog.

its nice meeting all of u all here. i doubt if i can find such friends in HK or overseas.

Decided to move to Hong Kong for my further studies. Have been admitted into year 12, Sha Tin college. Taking the International Baccalaureate Course.

Need to say goodbye to this familiar country soon, have been in Singapore for nearly 6 years. Everything here seems to be so down to earth, Nanhua, SimLim, CSC bowling, JP, Peninsula.. lots lots...

Pool also had been quite fun, wanted to play with JO, but only managed to play once.

YES! Finally I am going to finish the book, last 50 pages to go! I am rush A maths now, seems to be pretty short, but I have forgotten a lot of thing! ARRHGG! I am going to finish all the untouched homework in the last weekend of the 1-month holidays. Wow! Haha!

But was really having fun in the months, though my sprained wrist has stopped me from excessive bowling, I still manage to get great fun from other stuff.

Book reviews 太令人头大了。一本书500 多页，how to finish!? 想整死我啊！郁闷！

早上去打了保龄球，把手扭了。不过已经时陈伤了，今天扭的顶严重的，看来两个礼拜不能打了。其实打也没意思，手腕好痛，打出去的球转速不高，球速不快，路线又吃不准，好像没有hook。好丑啊。也好，可以省点钱。球馆起价了，原本$1.50, 现在 $2.20。

中午吃KFC, 又是Metz，sian…

The FPSP was done very efficiently. 3 of us completed it within 1.5 hours!

Went to the PC show at Suntec with Ton's dad, we had a hard time looking for parking lot, searched around about 0.5 hour, we parked at Pan Pacific in the end. There were quite a lot of sweet cars there, GTi, Carrera, XJs, and a very well moded Euro Accord. Mr. Lim's budget was 500-600 bucks, as we went around, we saw the O2 Zinc, which costs 1098. He was impressed by the design and features, and within less than 10min, 1098 was deducted from his card! Hmm.. this is how MAN spend money?!

And, i took Altis home! HAHA! Everything went normal at home, slept at 7.

Today we have had pretty dreadful chem remedial, she STONNED there for nearly half an hour.

Shall talk about PTC first, as usualy, my mother went, my dad wasnt free. Ms Chng said my english was bad, so i just agree. Then my mother told her I was very lazy at home, hardly see me study, even exam come also dont care... So, I told them, i will score a single digit for L1R5 for EOY.. Hmm... hope so bah. haha!

A lot of people are overseas for hols, hais.. and im afraid that i will be going HK again!

These days im addicted to Rodrigo y Gabriela! The greatest ever Flamenco duet. Their music is wonderful. I tried learning one of the songs, but my guitar is not so playable at the bottom freds, and no matter how fast i play, it just doest sound right!

All no more.. Only this one. But its very nice, i personally like it a lot, (Ive not liked the shirts previously at all). It is a foot football type of jersey, and the material is different, much lighter and much smoother.

This is a higher range shirt, but it might just cost 50cents more if we keep the S-size shirt below 5. Everywhere is short of S size, probably Singaporeans are all small.. t is a foot football type of jersey, and the material is different, much lighter and much smoother.

Back to Singapore today morning, arrived home at about 2a.m, and slept at about 3. I still managed to get up for school in the morning. We have had wet weather today, Ms Chng gave me a lot of admin staff in class, all the crappy things.

Checked some papers, only managed to get one mark for Chinese and that’s all, how sad! My results are not exceptionally bad or good, most of the subjects are above expectations, especially SS, HAHA!

Met HaoTing outside staffroom, she looked at me with surprise! And what she asked me even surprised me more! “Eh, Xiaotian, why did u came back to Singapore!?” Ahh… I didn’t go Hong Kong for good.

The one-week NIGHTMARE is finally over! It feels like 1 Month to me!

Got up at 2am today to study Add Maths, for I did not revise in the previous day! Fell sick, felt dizzy and want to faint! Probably because too exhausted.

Sad to say did not do well for many subjects, expecting an easy Chinese paper, but end up no time.

The long Qn in Chem paper were killers, i think more than 15 marks gone there.

Add Maths needless to say, left blank for logarithm Qns; partial fraction unsure; have no idea on factor and R theorem. Hope my any-how did qns can get some method marks.

Went to bowl with the 2 Jonathans. Yap is learning to hook and Lim is improving in his delivering and pre-delivery.

Tml shall jam together and play! Gonna be fun!

Hey 310 classmates!

I have gone the Queensway and have taken a look at some tshirts for class Tee.
Here are the two of them which are pretty close to our budget.

The nike one is asking for $33, and adida for $32.

But! Dont worry.. Queensway always has overpriced tshirts, im sure we can get them below 30 somewhere else. Most likely 28 or some where around there!

This common test is definitely not a pleasant one. Not only for me, in fact for quite a number. BUT there are ppl like Vincent and Sheryl. They are crazy! MAD! 33/35 for Emaths, 40/50 for Chem,26/35 for Amaths. How did they do it!?

Anyway, talk about myself, not too bad, about average or a little above. So far no fail yet. Seriously, its tough. I suppose we need time to adapt to Sec3 life, so, Im not worrying too much. Hope those who didnt do well like me feel the same.

So far, Physics and Emaths are my highest. Same marks in percentile. Lowest is Amaths, just manage to pass with a 54%.

The most disappointing paper is chemistry, i got 0/9 for the sublimation question. So, sad, didnt get A, only a B. The rest of the papers are within/higher than expectation.

We got back 5 papers, there are still 3 more to come, humans, bio and chinese. For SS and Geog paper, nobody is confident of anything, we know nothing about the marking. Im not worrying too much about chinese, i wrote article review, so, again should score a little about average mark.

Common Test is finally over!

BUT! I didnt do well at all. Firstly, my 3 sciences are all screwed up..

Chemistry, my strong science, aiming for pass! WTH! all because of the 9/35 wu liao sublimation Qn. i didnt even bother to read the experiental techniques.

Biolongy, my weak science.. SOsO, made an EXTREMELY stupid mistake, forgort my Pri work.. i put Mitochondrion as Chloroplast. HAHA! i didnt see it was animal cell, i thought squary squary should be plant cell. Consequence of not reading qn carefully. but lucky i got Golgi apparatus and RER qn right

Physics, also stong science, like chem... im definitely not satisfied.

one good new is that i got A for E maths.. haha! GREAT! ton won me by 1 mark! ARH! i hope i can win him in A maths, though its not very possible. he won we english by 10%, i must win him chinese by 10%.

i slept for 20 hours today. i have just gotten up and decided to post.

i slept about 8 hours in the day.. i left my PC switched on, but nobody talks to me.. haha! sad!

yesterday got CIP! Its the greatest community involvoment programme i have joined! haha... seriously! THE BEST! we hang around i vivo for 2 hours for 3 hours CIP.

Black jet rocks! Make me rich… I brought 6 dollar worth of coins… lost 4.50 bucks at first haha… then I played cards until 4 something in the morning… haha. Then after that still played in the next day. All together I won about 8 bucks. GREAT!

Today got my class ranking and average… haha… very good mood… I got promoted into special stream..~! Yay! my results are good enough.. ok.. did my PSLE score become 250? haha... next year might need to compare those smarties… err… stress seh…

And student planning day! Waste of time.. all the presentation… sigh.. hopeless.. maybe the attire one quite interesting… haha… close to students…

I am finally back to post! Yay! Exams are over!!! Haha… got back some papers le… okay.. everything was within expectation… not TOO low or TOO high… haha..
Planning to go in triple with pure geog and elective history… geog is easier to score?? Right? Haha… now waiting for humanities papers… didn’t do well for history this time.. so should be a B bah…

Results gotten.
English: 64
Chinese: 71
Maths: 68
Literature: 72

Maths is actually quite disappointing.. but the paper was pretty hard.. so.. should be okay bah.. hahaha…

chinese should get higher… my mother not very happy.. she said should get 80+.. got problem one.. not possible for people like me..

I was expecting to fail English compre.. but end up getting 64.. so happy… haha

The lit paper was super easy! Even people like me always can get A sia… haha… I used to flunk lit all the while…

More results on Monday… hope can score well and get at 70 for average… (though not possible).. haha.. just hope bah…

Hmmm, today was as usual, NDP/SYF.
I seriously find no point in it. I am not trying to criticize or what, in my opinion, its taking up too much of our time. Next week, there will be 3 full day practice. No classes from 0900. I don’t know what school students are dancing in week days. I told my mum about the NDP schedule, she got damn pissed. She strongly encourages me not to go, and she will explain personally to the teacher in charge. Well, I don’t want to be special one so I still went for all the practices. I heard that CCA points are no long counting in 2008, which is our cohort, if it is true, NDP is really meaningless.

Anyway there is still happy things today. I got my new phone!! Yay. My new number is 92218981. sms me to tell me who you are. I don’t have many contacts now. Thanks.
